He’s the Overseer of Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries of God Church, for the last 25 years; and President of the nonprofit organization, L.A.M. Ministries, Inc. Presiding Apostle of Lighthouse Apostolic Alliance since August 2022. Co-Owner of Igniting The Flame Publishing, March 2022. Co-Owner of Visionary Coaching & Consultant Group LLC since February 2019. Former CEO/Owner of Little Lights Childcare & Learning Center from April 2004 to September 2014.

He also was previously Ordained in the office of Bishop, June 2017. On October 29, 2022, Dr. Glen graduated his Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Leadership and Business, furthering his commitment to excellence. Overseeing Substance and reentry programs for over a decade, Glen’s hands-on approach has made a tangible impact. A true man of action and service, he’s also a 4X Bestseller and 2X International Bestselling Author, achieving global recognition for his work.

She ascended to the ranks of an Ordained Bishop and Affirmed Apostle in 2022.

Matching servant leadership with an incredible respect for higher learning, Deborah is a Certified Life Coach; member and speaker of the National Speaker Association Speaker (NSA) andBlack Speakers Network (BSN).
